4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Reunion Committee only)

• Setup Registration
• Decorate Ballroom
• Casino Setup

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

• Registration Opens
• Guests receive badges, discount parking vouchers and meal tickets
• Photos taken of all guests upon arrival
• Self-seating
• No-host bar is opened
• Music starts
• Group photograph

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

• Dinner is served
• Mingling
• Alumni presentation

7:30 PM - 11:15 PM

• Casino games
• Mingling

8:30 PM - 11:30 PM

• Switch from recorded music to DJ
• Music and dancing

10:30 PM - 11:30 PM

• Nominations for most changed, least changed, etc.

11:15 PM - 11:30 PM

• Cash out chips for raffle tickets
• Prepare for raffle drawing

11:30 PM - 11:45 PM

• Voting Results
• Raffle Drawings

• Party winds down
