- Exactly where in the Hilton is the reunion?
- The Reunion Check-in Table is located in the Almaden Foyer, and the reunion area includes the Almaden Ballroom, the Almaden Foyer, and the Winchester Room.
- What kind of bar will be setup at the reunion?
- The reunion will have a "no host" bar. Guests pay for their own drinks.
- What happens if I lose or forget my reunion ticket?
- We have a record of everyone who has paid, including whether you are bringing a guest or not. We can look you up once you arrive to the hotel. If you are in our records, you will be issued your name tag, no ticket required. If you are not in our records as paying, however, you will need to provide some proof that you purchased your ticket before you will be allowed in. You may want to send us an e-mail just to make sure you are in our records.
What should I wear to the reunion?- We have announced that the reunion is semi-formal. Wear what you might wear to a wedding or a night out dancing. The only dress code enforced will be the hotel's dress code.
- Is there a special hotel room rate for reunion guests?
- Yes, the hotel is offering a special $99 room rate to all those attending the reunion. Be sure to indicate that you are attending the Oak Grove reunion. You will also receive a special $7 per night parking rate.
- When is the deadline for purchasing a reunion ticket for $95?
- You can purchase a reunion ticket at any time, even on the day of the even, but the deadline to get the ticket for $95 is August 21st, 2010. After 8/21, the ticket price is $125.
- What if I bought a ticket, but I cannot go?
- Sorry, but there are no refunds. You may, however, donate your reunion ticket to another alumni, but the alumni must be from the Oak Grove Class of '80. If you plan on donating your ticket, please contact us.
