I graduated early (in '79) and joined the U.S. Navy.
I was stationed in New Orleans for two years working
as a graphics artist and returned to NOLA in 2005 to
aid in the relief work there just after Hurricanes
Katrina and Rita . What an experience! After the
Navy, I came home and met my husband while attending
Los Gatos Christian Church. We married in 1983 and
moved to our current home in the Willow Glen area a
few years later. We have two boys who are now 24 and
21 - does that make me feel old???

Because of the housing market, I was able to
move back to the Bay Area last October, where my
heart belongs. I bought a townhouse in Livermore and
am loving life. I am semi-retired
and putting my beautiful daughter through
college in Las Vegas. I am currently taking
classes to become a tax preparer and I enjoy playing
golf and gardening and wine tasting.

Today I am tutoring high school students in chemistry
while working part time and going to Brandman
University to earn my single subject teaching
credential to teach high school chemistry. In the
near future, I hope to follow in Oak Grove's Ms.
Wendell's footsteps, and teach high school students
the love I have for chemistry. Read

After leaving OG, I went to University of Santa
Clara, where I met my wife, Mary. We just celebrated
our 25th anniversary. We lived in Chapel Hill, North
Carolina for a few years while I was in grad school,
and then came back to California for family and the
weather. We now live in Cupertino, and we both work
at Apple. We have three sons: the oldest is halfway
through UC Santa Cruz, and there are twins who are
seniors at Monta Vista. We are active in our church,
and we enjoy Scottish Country dancing.

The best thing that happened to me from working at
all these companies was meeting my lovely wife
Kimberley at Tandem. I married her during the Compaq
years, and now we had three wonderful kids (Meghan 10
yrs, Brendan 7yrs, Dylan 4 yrs) during these HP
years. We both continue to work at HP in the Bay
Area. Our family loves being active with our church,
schools and the local kids sport leagues.

I spent 20+ years in materials management for the
largest global manufacturing companies supporting Sun
Microsystems and Cisco to mention a few. In 2001, I
was recruited to Orange County in Southern California
and in 2003 I started my first company supporting the
outsourced services for the independent mortgage
banking industry. I am also a Sr. Mortgage Banker and
love working in the field of finance.

We have two terrific children: Meghan, born in
August 1994 and Benjamin, born in December 1999.
Meghan is an accomplished actress, starring in
several community theater productions while
maintaining a straight-A GPA through her sophomore
year at Chico High. Ben is a budding athlete,
recently playing his way on to the local Little
League 10-year-old All-Stars in spite of missing the
first third of the season with a broken arm, suffered
while snowboarding a week before the season began.
Kellie has the most important job of all: putting up
with me for over 25 years now, being a stay-at-home
mom and doing all of the things that make being a
family great. Read

In 2003, Marty joined the Philadelphia Eagles as
assistant head coach. He masterminded the Eagles
offense in the final six games of the 2006 season,
and into the NFC Playoffs. Coach Andy Reid gave
Mornhinweg the play calling responsibilities after
the Eagles' disastrous loss to the Indianapolis
Colts, 45-21. The Eagles won all six games, employing
a more balanced run/pass attack. The wins included an
unprecedented three consecutive December divisional
road games, all with a back-up quarterback, Jeff
Garcia. He was named offensive coordinator on January
6, 2006, after the Eagles previous offensive
coordinator Brad Childress was hired as the head
coach of the Minnesota Vikings. Read

Currently I work for a local phone company
Centurylink in Ofallon as a switch technician. My son
is a senior in high school and the lead goalie on his
school hockey team. He is hoping to go to the
university of Michigan, or Minnesota, on a hockey
scholarship. Watching him grow into a man has been
great! He is a much better person than I was at his

In 2007, after my husband's second layoff in 5 years,
he took a government job and we moved to Ridgecrest,
CA. Ridgecrest is a navy town (China Lake Naval
Weapons Station) in the high desert on the eastern
side of the Sierras. It is tough being away from our
families (my husband grew up in Los Gatos), but the
relaxed lifestyle of a smaller town is so worth it!

I had spent the last 15 years in sales and I'm happy
to say I was quite successful, so I was able to buy a
home a couple of years ago in Sunnyvale. Shortly
after the purchase, I met my boyfriend who had a
small construction company. He asked me to join him,
so I left my "security" and jumped on board. I'm
happy to say we are now a medium-sized construction
company (and growing) with several employees and I am
half owner. We intend to marry next year.

In 1985 I lived in Paris and after 9 months, decided
to move back to the States and with the advice of my
father, New York became my new home. Since finishing
school in 1993, I've been fortunate to play music. In
1994 I did a stint on the Les Miserables National
tour which took me all over the country. I did the
tour with my 1982 honda civic so I could have the
pleasure of being on my own schedule as well as carry
my bass with me. It was an incredible experience to
see the four corners of this country by car. My wife
MaryAnn is an actress and is working in the revival
of South Pacific which is currently at Lincoln
Center. With both of us being in the arts, it allows
us quite a bit of freedom... sometimes too much!

After graduation in 1980, I went into the Air Force
and ended up in Germany. The country there is really
gorgeous. Germans are really friendly people. There I
met my first husband who was also in the Air Force. I
got out after two years after the birth of my
daughter. We ended up getting stationed in Arizona
and then back to Germany (the same base) again. My
husband got out in 1989. We had 3 kids at the time.
Moved to Arkansas in 1989 and have been here ever
since. Read

Following graduation from OGHS, I attended UCSB and
obtained a BSME degree. This experience only
increased my fondness for the ocean. I then went to
work for Lockheed in Sunnyvale, where during my 11
year career I supported projects that included Hubble
Space Telescope and the STS-39 shuttle mission.
During this time I also earned my MSME from Santa
Clara University and met my wife to be in 1992. We
decided to marry and move to Chandler, AZ in 1995
where we have resided ever since. Read

Shortly after our graduation in 1980, I moved to New
York and spent a year there just working, living on
my own and enjoying my independence. I returned to
the bay area in '81 and have spent 29 years in
manufacturing operations working for companies in
Silicon Valley. I've been with Apple for 11 years as
a Global Sourcing Manager. I work remotely from
my home office and have been blessed to have traveled
to nearly every famous international city in the
world during my career. Probably not a surprise to
some folks that I also coach Cheerleading. I run
the high school cheer program as Advisor and Head
coach at Laguna Creek High School.
